Joining a core team focused on healthcare clients, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage audits, reviews, and compilations while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
