CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, conduct audits, and develop recommendations for process improvements, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budgets
• Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while maintaining client relationships

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
