Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, while actively participating in audit team meetings
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with a thorough understanding of relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
