CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for senior living and hospital clients, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, while participating in audit planning and closing meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
