CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for healthcare clients, and can work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and directing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Excellent analytical and technical auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
