Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, conducting audits and reviews for healthcare clients, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
