Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for senior living and hospitals, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform and manage financial audits, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
• Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
