CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits, reviews, and compilations while working remotely or from New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and directing financial audits
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance customer satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while participating in key audit meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
• Excellent analytical and auditing skills with a strong understanding of relevant rules and standards
• A desire to become an industry subject matter expert and business advisor to clients
