CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, with opportunities for both onsite and remote work.

Key responsibilities:

• Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing financial audits within budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise and mentor associates and interns, ensuring effective training on audit processes

Required qualifications:

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills, with the ability to manage multiple engagements
• Desire to become an industry subject matter expert and business advisor to clients
