CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
• Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
