CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, while managing client engagements from start to finish, either from one of the New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
