Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues, utilizing audit software to resolve client issues
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA or a desire to obtain CPA certification with firm support
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
