Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for clients in senior living and hospitals, either from one of the New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or intention to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
