Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA designation or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
