CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, while managing client engagements from planning to completion, either from one of the New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance and guiding them through the audit process
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
