Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to conduct audits and provide consulting services for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and delivering high-quality audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, ensuring effective training on audit processes
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
