Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and financial reviews, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop strong relationships with clients and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, while participating in planning and closing meetings
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
