Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, conduct audits, and develop client relationships while working either onsite in New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues, utilizing audit software for effective resolution
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, providing training on the audit process and assessing performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
