To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for clients in senior living and hospitals, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
