Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage client engagements from planning through completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and participate in professional development sessions
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain a CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
