Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, perform financial audits, and develop industry knowledge while working remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
