CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business recommendations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills with a strong understanding of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
