Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, while working either onsite in New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
