To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on financial audits for healthcare clients, and may work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and directing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, ensuring effective training and performance assessment
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
