Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage and execute financial audits for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, fostering their professional development in the audit process
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with familiarity in relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
