Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position, which can be performed remotely or from one of the New England offices, will manage client engagements, conduct audits for healthcare clients, and supervise junior staff while ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing audits within budget
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and performance assessments
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
