Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position can be performed remotely or from one of the New England offices and focuses on conducting audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospital sectors.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes while assessing their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
