Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
