Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position can be remote or based in one of the New England offices and focuses on conducting audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing financial audits within budget
- Develop strong client relationships and provide recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns while participating in audit planning and closing meetings
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or intent to obtain with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
