Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and high-energy CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage client engagements from planning through completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing to budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
