Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position can be remote or based in one of the New England offices, focusing on conducting audits and providing services for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
