CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position, which can be remote or based in one of our New England offices, will manage client engagements, conduct financial audits, and develop recommendations for process improvements while mentoring junior staff.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit-related issues using electronic databases and audit software
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while fostering client relationships
Required Qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
