Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to manage client engagements from planning through completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements and priorities in a fast-paced environment
