Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for clients, managing engagements from start to finish while working either remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
