Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and financial reviews for healthcare clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform client engagements from start to finish, including planning, executing, directing, and completing financial audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagement reviews
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
