Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits, reviews, and compilations while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities:
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while participating in key meetings
Required qualifications:
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA designation or a commitment to obtaining it with firm support
- Excellent analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
