Job Summary
To support the Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, performing audits and reviews for healthcare clients, while working remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA or a commitment to obtain CPA certification with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
