Job Summary
Seeking a proactive full-time CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this role will conduct audits and reviews for healthcare clients, manage client engagements from start to finish, and develop recommendations for business improvements, with the option to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Research and analyze financial statements and audit issues using electronic databases and audit software
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
