CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements, conduct audits and reviews for healthcare clients, and supervise and mentor junior staff, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring adherence to budget and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
