CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare

Job Summary

Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, with the flexibility to work remotely or from one of the New England offices.

Key responsibilities

• Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
• Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide recommendations for business improvements
• Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while participating in key audit meetings

Required qualifications

• BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
• 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
• CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
• Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
• Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
