Seeking a proactive and high-energy CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position can be remote or based in one of the New England offices, focusing on conducting audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and ensuring quality of audits
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing insights for business and process improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills, with knowledge of relevant regulations
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
