Job Summary
To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, conduct audits for senior living and hospital clients, and supervise junior staff, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to enhance satisfaction and provide business improvement recommendations
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain it with firm support
- Excellent analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
