Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, particularly in senior living and hospitals, either from a New England office or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing budgets and timelines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
