To support a growing healthcare practice, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on financial audits and client relationship development, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients to enhance satisfaction and provide audit services
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA or a desire to obtain a CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
