CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare
Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will perform audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, managing client engagements from start to finish while working either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, enhancing customer satisfaction and providing recommendations for process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on the audit process while actively participating in various audit meetings
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
