Job Summary
To support a growing Healthcare Practice Group, the full-time salaried CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits and reviews for healthcare clients, and can work either remotely or from one of the New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform and manage financial audits and client engagements from start to finish
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on the audit process and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with knowledge of relevant rules and standards
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced team environment
