Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements from planning to completion, managing audits within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, participating in audit team meetings and professional development
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain it with firm support
- Strong analytical and auditing skills with the ability to manage multiple engagements
- Desire to become an industry subject matter expert and business advisor
