Job Summary
Seeking a proactive Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position will manage client engagements from planning to completion, focusing on audits for healthcare clients, and can be performed remotely or out of New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Perform client engagements, including planning, executing, and completing financial audits while managing budgets
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships, providing recommendations for business and process improvements
- Supervise, train, and mentor associates and interns on audit processes and assess their performance
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a desire to obtain CPA with firm support
- Excellent analytical and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
