Job Summary
Seeking a proactive and detail-oriented CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare, this full-time position offers the opportunity to conduct audits, reviews, and compilations for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, either from one of our New England offices or remotely.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from planning through completion, ensuring adherence to budgets and timelines
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of client operations to provide tailored audit services and recommendations for improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns, fostering their development and assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical and technical auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
