Seeking a proactive full-time CPA Audit Senior - Healthcare to conduct audits and reviews for healthcare clients, including senior living and hospitals, with the flexibility to work remotely or from New England offices.
Key responsibilities
- Manage client engagements from planning to completion, ensuring audits are executed within budget
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships while providing recommendations for business improvements
- Supervise and mentor associates and interns on the audit process, assessing their performance during engagements
Required qualifications
- BS/MS degree in Accounting or a related field
- 3+ years of progressive public accounting experience
- CPA certification or a commitment to obtain CPA with firm support
- Strong analytical, technical, and auditing skills
- Ability to manage multiple engagements in a fast-paced environment
